The Plantation at Grand Harbor

This gated, secluded enclave of 94 large homesites, located 5 ½ minutes from Grand Harbor proper, is home to the club's Equestrian Center and a protected Bald Eagle preserve.  Homesites in The Plantation are heavily wooded and up to 2 acres in size, ensuring a tremendous level of privacy on most sites.  A feature unique to The Plantation is that every homesite here has lake access.  Residents also enjoy a lushly landscaped entrance and a community pool with a covered outdoor gathering area and outdoor fireplace.
